How do people purchase cosmetics in US? What is the image of Japanese brand Shiseido in US?

people purchase cosmetics the same way people purchase cosmetics in Japan. Dept stores, specialty shops, on-line, catalogs. I loved Shesheido makeup. My mom used to use it when I was a kid- but then the department store stopped carrying it!|||Most people purchase it from a department or drug store it can be purchased online or through companies that sell it in home like Avon , Mary kay, and i've personally never heard of that japanese brand so i wouldn't know.
