i bought this the first time in canada when i was on vacation it is really a nice eyeliner i paid $20 for it i have very dark skin so i bought #1 wish was black very black now i am trying to get it again but now #1 is natural black its like the very black one does not exits does anyone knows where i can purchase shiseido eyebrow pencil in the very black shade??|||the only thing i can think of is to see if its on the the internet.
